SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is confirmed, it is usually ready to be posted within 4-5 business days as everything is produced on demand. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed from the following Monday.
Orders placed on a public holiday are processed from the following business day.

These deadlines may be extended by THÉS CG in the event of high heat in Quebec for orders relating in whole or in part to our flavored teas that are more sensitive to heat (citrus fruits in particular). The Customer will then be notified by email of the day their package will be sent.

Given the fragility of the products, it is also not recommended to place an order in the event of climatic conditions at the place of delivery that are unfavorable to the proper conservation of the products (high temperatures or heatwave at the place of delivery of the products in particular).

During the summer period we reserve the right to only offer Post Office Collection so that our products are not damaged by the heat.

Thés CG cannot be held responsible for any damage that may affect the products in the event of delivery to a region subject to high temperatures.

Packages are shipped via Canada Post and Canada Post terms apply throughout Canada.
Some additional delays may occur for deliveries to rural areas far from urban centers as well as in certain provinces outside Quebec.

Upon receipt of your order placed on our website (or handwritten, or electronic), you will receive your package as soon as possible. THÉS CG guarantees that the products have been subject to all necessary care to ensure their conformity with the description appearing on the site on the date of the order.

Products are shipped to the shipping address provided in the order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

In the event of the absence of the recipient or a person who can take possession of the products at the time of delivery, Canada Post will leave a calling card at the delivery address indicated by the customer inviting them to collect the products. It is the customer's responsibility to take possession of their order as quickly as possible.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The prices applied are those stated on our site to which must be added taxes and delivery costs.

The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. The prices mentioned on the website may differ from those indicated at trade fairs and exhibitions.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We will not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Payment must be made once and in full at the time of your purchase.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, in our sole and absolute discretion, including for the following reasons:

• The product is out of stock
• The transaction appears to be fraudulent
• The invoice information is incorrect
• A computer problem occurred while taking the order
• Following a pricing error or a product that is no longer available on our site

However, we undertake to reimburse you for the entirety of your order after its cancellation or any price difference in the event of certain products being out of stock.

RETURN POLICY

At Thés CG, customer satisfaction is essential. This is why our team carefully checks each order.
If you ordered directly from Thescg.ca. THES CG agrees to exchange any defective product under the following conditions:

1. the purchase was made directly from the Thescg.ca website
2. the request was made by email within 2 days of receiving the package
3. To return the goods, we will need to provide you with a return number which you should refer to.

The customer is solely responsible for the choice of products and their conservation from the moment of their physical reception. Under no circumstances can Thés CG be held responsible for any damage occurring as a result. Thés CG guarantees that the products are in perfect condition when handed over to the carrier.

REFUND

Our products being food products we have no possible returns or exchanges. We therefore do not proceed with any refunds unless the products sold are defective or do not conform to your order.

• In the event that the items you receive do not correspond to what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Any request made after this period will not be taken into account by Thés CG. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, that is to say in its original packaging, with its labels. No anomaly must be noted on the products, the return of an item visibly used or handled by the customer will not be considered exchangeable or refundable.

Any refund will be made within 12 to 15 days, from receipt of the goods at our offices, according to the original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If the exchange clearly results in too high a cost for THÉS CG, the company will refund the item.

• Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer

Teas are food products and therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

VIRTUAL GIFT CARDS CAN ONLY BE USED FOR ONLINE PURCHASES.

When purchasing a gift card, the customer receives an email containing a unique code linked to the gift card, the value of which can be applied at the time of payment.

If you are giving a gift card, this code will need to be passed on to the recipient of the card. Gift cards do not count towards the amount needed to qualify for free shipping.

A gift card has a balance associated with it, which can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which may include taxes and shipping.

When a customer uses a gift card, the order displays one of the following options:

• If the available balance on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, the customer can click Complete Order .

• If the available balance on the gift card is less than the order total, the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

- Gift cards are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.

- Gift cards should be treated like cash: they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you have forgotten your gift card code, click Resend gift cards from your order confirmation email.

- Gift Cards have no expiration date, do not incur fees for unused balance, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

- Gift cards are not rechargeable.

- You cannot buy a gift card with another gift card.
