YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO PREPARATION AND SHIPPING COSTS:
MINIMUM ORDER $60.00*.
The shipping costs that are charged do not cover the entire cost of sending your order. They cover part of the preparation and packaging costs and a fraction of the postage, the remaining part is covered by us. When purchasing, gift cards are not included in the calculation of free shipping.

*THÉS CG reserves the right not to honor its pricing policy and/or delivery conditions in certain special cases (remote areas, PO boxes, carrier strikes, etc.). In which case, you may be asked to pay a surcharge, even if your order is free delivery (+ taxes, after discounts or promotions) .

We offer high quality teas at affordable prices, to make this economically possible, our shipping rates are favorable to customers who place orders over $80. Shipping an order costs THÉS CG between $18 and $25. Generally, you only pay a portion of this amount.
So here are the reasons why we have put in place this degressive system.
1) It is better to make large orders than small orders. Indeed, if you make several small orders, each time you need a complete packaging, a complete shipment and this has a greater environmental impact than a larger package shipped only once.
It also costs less for us to pack and ship in one go, so placing large orders is more environmentally friendly and cost-effective than placing small orders.2) The larger your order amount, the more we are able to lower the shipping costs for you. This is common sense, because on a small order, the shipping costs almost completely absorb our sales margin.
In the event that your package is returned to us by the carrier because the package was not collected by its recipient, a fee of $25 will be charged for a new shipment.
We ship out packages as fast as possible, once your order is placed you may not be able to cancel or change the order.
It may take up to two business days for your order to be processed in-house before it ships. Please note we ship orders out on business days only.

Pick up your order at our stand at a fair or exhibition
You can also place your order by email or telephone and pick it up directly at our stand at the trade fairs and exhibitions we regularly attend. Orders must be placed in advance at least 4-5 days before the event. An email confirmation will be sent to you.
