Grown at high altitude, this very fine grade has complex almost sweet notes. Moderately fermented, it has more velvety and less earthy notes than other Pu Erh.
Tea Info: This organic dark tea is part of the Pu Erh Shu family: it is a tea whose fermentation process has been accelerated. Chinese medicine attributes many benefits to dark teas: promoting digestion, purifying the body and even dissipating the effect of alcohol. A tea to consume regularly, especially for fragile stomachs.
Composition: Pu Erh tea from Kunming - Yunnan Pure Origin. Cultivation without chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
To consume: Tea of the day to discover absolutely. Can be infused several times in a row.
Dosage: You can do an initial rinse of a few seconds, although this is not really necessary. 1 heaped teaspoon of tea. Water at 95°C.Infusion for 3 to 4 minutes. For multiple infusions: make a first infusion of 3-4 minutes, adding 1 to 2 minutes to the following ones.
