This blend created in our workshops may not be a traditional Chai, but rather our interpretation of it. Like all designer teas, our blends are different from what you are used to tasting in commercial brands. This Chai will immerse you in the atmosphere of a country kitchen, warm, woody and sweet, evoking aromas of melting gingerbread and mulled wine. A fragrant tea, a little apart, which brings to mind a bouquet of spices and honey plunged into a steaming cup of black tea, on a Sunday morning in winter.
Composition: Premium Indian black tea*, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, ginger, cloves.* PREMIUM LABEL: Our Premium label is reserved for teas of exceptional quality which have undergone a technological cleaning process in order to rid them of any plant, animal or industrial impurities.
Tasting Notes: A warm, balanced fragrance. The sensation of a hot toddy in a cup of tea.
To consume: In the morning and throughout the day. Ideal after meals or in the late afternoon. With or without milk.
